Fractional Ownership is another specialized type of sale. Calicoan Island Resort offers a select number of Second Homes for Members to occupy for several weeks annually. Each Residence will have master suites and features an open floor plan that will afford stunning views of the surrounding ocean and mountains. Residences will be luxuriously furnished and appointed throughout with gourmet kitchens, designer bathrooms, state-of-the-art entertainment systems and private lanais.

During their stays, Fractional Owners will enjoy all of the services and privileges afforded to residents of Calicoan Island Resort.

Deeded Fractional Ownership of a Calicoan Island Resort Residence secures the right for Members and their guests to spend a guaranteed number of days in residence each year. Residences are maintained in the Members absence, prepared for their arrival and serviced daily.

Since ownership is deeded, it is not only our Members to enjoy for a lifetime – it is theirs in perpetuity and, as such, may be bequeathed to their heirs.
