Condo-hotel Units & Poolside Suites

CONDOHOTEL 288 UNITS and POOLSIDE SUITES 60 UNITS (Total: 348 Units):
The condo hotel units, including the poolside units, will be sold as investments and are being offered as pre-construction units. A buyer of a condo hotel unit is required to make a down payment, either in 1 pay, or over 24 months or 36 months, depending on the investment package selected by the purchaser. The developer, CIRDC, will either carry or arrange to be carried a mortgage for the majority (up to 70%) of the purchase price.

The condo hotel will be operated as a traditional hotel and since the revenue stream is payable to the unit owners, after all operational costs and fees are paid, it is the intention that the income stream will be sufficient to amortize the mortgage (principle and interest). The condo hotel buyer will be permitted to use his/her unit for 2 weeks (14 consecutive days) per year.
